At Havster, we keep things simple and transparent. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

 

📦 Are there any delivery charges?

  • No extra delivery charges. The price you see on the product page is the final price — all taxes and shipping included.

  • If your order value is below a certain minimum, a small delivery fee may apply. But don’t worry — this will be clearly shown before you place your order.

  • Any delivery fee paid is non-refundable in case of a return.

 

⏱️ What’s the estimated delivery time?

We typically deliver your order within 4–6 working days from the shipping date. However, delivery time can vary based on:

  • Product availability

  • Delivery location

  • External factors (like strikes, extreme weather, or transit delays)

Order Process Timeline:

  1. 📧 You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is made.

  2. 🚚 As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

In rare cases where delivery is delayed beyond 7 days, we’ll inform you proactively.

 

 

📍 Are there any delivery restrictions?

  • We’re constantly improving our delivery network. There may be some pin codes we don’t service temporarily.

  • If we’re unable to deliver to your area, your order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded — and we’ll inform you right away.

 

💸 Are there hidden costs like taxes or fees?

Nope. What you see is exactly what you pay.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we’re only delivering within India. You’re welcome to place an order from anywhere in the world — just make sure the delivery address is in India.

If we start international shipping in the future, we’ll update this page and notify our customers.

 

🕐 Delivery Window

  • Our courier partners deliver between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM.

Deliveries do not happen on Sundays or public holidays.
