Refund policy

At Havster, we stand behind the quality and detail of every product we drop. But if something’s off — like a wrong item or a damaged piece — don’t stress. We’ve got your back.

If you receive a damaged product or something you didn’t order, we’ll handle it completely. We'll arrange a pickup and deliver a fresh piece to your doorstep. (Note: These orders can’t be canceled.)


 

Not Feeling the Fit or Style?

If your product arrives in perfect condition but you’re just not vibing with it, no worries. You can initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@havster.in.

Important Notes:

  • Return request within 2 days of delivery.

  • All returns are chargeable at Rs. 199/-
  • Product must be unused and in original condition. Damaged/used returns won’t be eligible for a refund.

  • Once we receive the item and it passes the quality check, your refund will be processed in full.

  • For COD orders, we’ll request your bank or UPI details for the refund.


 

Return Limits:

  • Only 1 return is allowed within a 30-day window.

  • If your first order is returned (even due to customer unavailability), that counts as your one return.

  • A second order placed within 30 days won’t qualify for return or refund.


 

Exchanges (Color/Size Swaps):

  • Want a different color or size? We got you — but a flat fee of ₹250 applies (return + re-delivery).

  • Only 1 exchange is allowed within 30 days, and it must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
